BAUHOF
W. Bradley Bauhof is the founder of Bauhof Legal. He is an experienced trial attorney with over 30 years of experience, who has appeared in every jurisdiction in the State of Maryland. He has extensive experience representing individuals in criminal, family law, and personal injury matters.
Mr. Bauhof is a resident of Carroll County. He is a graduate of Elon University and the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1993.
Mr. Bauhof is known for his aggressive representation, and is an expert in trial preparation.
Mr. Bauhof is on the Board of Directors for Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club, the Chairman of the Board for the Miss Maryland Volunteer Organization and The Recovery Repatriation Foundation. He is also a former Board Member of Carroll Community College Foundation and Global Risk International and a former NFL Player Representative.
He is the former President of the Carroll County Bar Association.
HANNAH
HANSEN
Hannah Hansen is from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Hannah completed her undergraduate at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, where in 2017, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, summa cum laude. At graduation she was the recipient of the Procopian Award which is given for consistently outstanding curricular and extra-curricular activities while at Benedictine, and is the highest honor that can be bestowed on a student.
She went on to attend law school at the Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and graduated in 2021, summa cum laude. Hannah was the valedictorian of her graduating class. At graduation, Hannah received the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award as well as the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Graduate Award. Hannah was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 2021.
After graduating from law school, Hannah completed a two-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Paul A. RoeZman, Presiding Judge at the Superior Court in Kotzebue, Alaska. She also served as a Deputy Magistrate Judge for the 2nd Judicial District of Alaska for one and a half years. In her capacity as a Deputy Magistrate Judge she regularly presided over weekend arraignments which included setting bail. She also presided over misdemeanor sentencings, accepted plea agreements, reviewed search warrant applications, presided over hearings for protective orders, and conducted marriage ceremonies.
She started as an associate attorney at Bauhof Legal LLC in June 2024. Hannah is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
Hannah, her husband Mark, and their Shephard-Husky, Moose, reside in Westminster, Maryland.
MADDIE
BAUHOF
Maddie is a 2025 graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she focused her studies on civil litigation, legal research, and client advocacy. During law school, she gained extensive experience drafting legal memoranda, conducting case analysis, and supporting trial preparation, laying the foundation for her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to legal practice.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Elon University in 2022, actively participating in student leadership and service initiatives that fostered her commitment to community and client-focused problem-solving.
Maddie passed the Maryland Bar in November 2025 and now serves as a licensed attorney at Bauhof Legal. She works directly with clients across a variety of practice areas, providing clear, strategic guidance and advocating for their best interests with diligence and integrity. Her combined experiences at both the undergraduate and law school levels continue to shape her approach, emphasizing careful preparation, responsive communication, and a personalized, client-centered experience.
